We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids.

All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty & personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations to provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.

Owner - Enas Croft

Director - Traci Stackhouse I moved to Las Vegas in November, 2000. After working as an Accounts Payable/Payroll Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility I was looking for a positive change in employment. I had a young son that needed child care and I was hired by Kids R Kids in May, 2001. I went to school and obtained my Directorship in 2004. I continued on to receive my CDA in 2005. My dedication to my children and my job have made my experience with Kids R Kids unforgettable. I truly enjoy the students and families of Kids R Kids and look forward to seeing each one grow and succeed!

Education coordinator - Norma Flores I have been in the childcare industry for over 10 years now. I taught pre-kindergarten for many years and now I am in charge of the education program here at Kids R Kids. Teaching has always been my passion, and I am very lucky to have found a center that values early childhood education as much as I do.
